We have a mathematics teacher vacancy in an excellent Cardiff secondary school starting on the 6th January 2025 until the end of the 2024 / 25 academic year. This role is perfect for experienced teachers and NQT's. You will be expected to teach pupils basic and complex mathematical concepts such as arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and calculus.

Responsibilities for a Mathematics Teacher

  • Plan and prepare effective schemes of learning and lessons
  • Use innovative and diverse teaching methods that support the national curriculum
  • Use regular assessments to monitor progress and set targets

  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
  • Valid DBS (Can be produced through us)
  • Registered with the Educational Workforce Council (EWC) (Can be produced through us)

  • Full driving licence and have access to a car
