Mortgage Administrator / Case ManagerFully remoteSalary : Up to £28,500kKey Responsibilities : - Process and manage mortgage applications from initial submission through to completion.- Review and verify all documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.- Communicate with clients, brokers, lenders, and underwriters to obtain necessary information.- Track and update case progress in the CRM, providing timely updates to relevant parties.- Resolve issues that may arise during the application process.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and industry practices.Requirements : - Previous experience in mortgage administration, case management, or a related field.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.Our PromiseWe take the time to truly understand your career aspirations as well as requirements when it comes to your next employer or opportunity.
