Team Leader- Motor Third Party Property Damage

Join our Motor Third Party Property Damage Team as a Team Leader, drawing upon your claims knowledge and people skills to organise, motivate and support a team of Claims Adjusters to deliver technical and operational excellence. Your time will be divided equally between managing your own portfolio of claims and leading a small team. As this team grows there will be the opportunity to focus increasingly on leadership and management duties. The team is responsible for managing the claims journey from start to finish, including assessing legal liability, negotiating settlements and proactively navigating each claim to resolution.
