About the Role :

As an IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting the school's IT systems. Your responsibilities will include :

Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues promptly.
Maintaining hardware and software systems.
Supporting staff and students with technical problems.
Installing and configuring new equipment and software.
Ensuring network security and efficiency.

What We Are Looking For :

Experience in IT support or a similar role.

Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Relevant qualifications or certifications in IT are a plus but not essential.
