• Full time permanent roleSalary : £46,148 - £47,073 per annum DOELocated in HitchinWe are recruiting a Senior Occupational Therapist for our private client's specialist neurological rehabilitation service in Hitchin on a permanent basis.This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a beautiful, historic setting as part of a dedicated MDT supporting individuals with a range of neurological conditions.Key Responsibilities : Lead a small team of therapy assistants and activity coordinators.Deliver comprehensive assessments and develop person-centred treatment plans.Develop and facilitate group therapy programmes.Contribute to service development and MDT working.Build expertise in equipment provision and complex seating.Requirements : Degree in Occupational Therapy, registered with HCPCStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience in a similar setting (including placements) desirableCommitment to CPD and supervisionIf you are interested in any of these roles, please contact Kaylah on or (phone number removed) and put through your application .
