Hours : Part-Time (25 hours per week, 5-hour shifts per day, Monday to Sunday, shifts between 8 : 00 AM – 11 : 00 PM)
About the Role :
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Handlers to join our team in Bangor. This is a part-time, on-site position, offering a competitive hourly rate of £12.58. The role involves managing high volumes of calls, with flexible shifts scheduled across the week, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Address customer queries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance targets.
Requirements :
Previous experience in a customer service or call handling role is desirable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations calmly.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.Must pass a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.Benefits :
