Blackfox Solutions are working with market leader in supplying and installing high-quality products, including glazed screens, fire-resistant glazing systems, facades, door hardware, automatic doors, and access control systems. Currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to join their growing Service Department.

Key Responsibilities :

• Service, repair, and install door automation and access control systems.
• Attend call outs as required with a flexible approach to hours and locations.
• Recommend necessary upgrades or repairs and report to the office.
• Participate in the on-call rota for out-of-hours service.
• Maintain the company van and stock, and adhere to safety procedures and uniform / PPE policies.
