Job Purpose :

To ensure a high-quality food and beverage service is delivered to customers, in line with health, safety, and hygiene requirements, while providing an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver excellent customer service and promote services within the bar, restaurant, and shop.
• Lead and develop the team to provide outstanding customer experiences.
• Assist in managing the hospitality budget and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Ensure adherence to all licensing legislation and health & safety requirements.
• Manage staff rotas
