Comex 2000 is seeking a passionate and driven Senior SSHEQ Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will play a key role in supporting our safety culture, ensuring every project is executed with the utmost care and consideration for our people and the environment.

What You'll Do :

  • Support a Proactive Safety Culture : Champion and reinforce a proactive safety culture that inspires and empowers our teams.
  • Support Strategic SSHEQ Plans : Assist in the development and implementation of robust SSHEQ plans that minimise risks and maximise efficiency.
  • Support Data-Driven Decisions : Assist in the analysis of safety data, identify trends, and contribute to continuous improvement through innovative solutions.
  • Support Incident Investigations : Conduct thorough incident investigations, assist in implementing corrective actions, and contribute to preventing future occurrences.
  • Support Training Programs : Assist in delivering engaging training programs that equip our teams with the knowledge and skills to work safely.
  • Support Strong Partnerships : Collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to foster a shared commitment to safety.

Requirements

  • A Safety Champion : You possess a genuine passion for safety and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • A Skilled Professional : You hold relevant qualifications (e.g.NEBOSH or Equivalent holding   IOSH Membership at Technical or Certified, IEMA qualification desirable) and possess a strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • A Results-Oriented Contributor : You are a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A Team Player : You thrive in a collaborative environment and can effectively build and maintain strong relationships.
