Job : Registered Manager
Salary : £50,000 per annum
Location : Tiverton, Devon
We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a passionate and experienced Locality / Registered Manager to join the team at our newly opened facility in Tiverton, Devon. This state-of-the-art service, set in a picturesque country location, is designed to support individuals with Mental Health needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsibility on all compliance matters, including CQC and Local Authority requirements.
- To have a clear oversight of services of responsibility.
- Oversee the general day-to-day management of all sites.
- Supervising Service Managers and Deputy Managers as applicable.
- Ensure that all necessary reporting is completed to the required standard and in the appropriate time scales.
- Communicate effectively with external agencies.
- Responsibility for all internal quality audits.
- Liaise with Quality Improvement Manager regarding complaints.
- To support services in the instance of safeguarding reviews.
- To assist the managers and related staff team to consistently deliver high quality care & support.
- Work in partnership with CQC and Local Authorities to ensure “good” standards are consistently met and “outstanding” is worked towards.
- To implement action plans using the SMART principles.
- To ensure that all Service User documentation is of a high standard and fit for purpose and follows a person-centred approach.
- To have an extensive knowledge of current MCA / DoLS legislation.
About You :
Extensive experience working with individuals with Mental Health conditions is essential.Ideally, you will hold a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management (or be working towards it).Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Passionate about delivering exceptional care and improving the lives of the individuals we support.Why Join Us :
