Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking fora Night Front Desk Supervisor to join the Front Office team!

Your role

As Night Front Desk Supervisor  you will lead the team during shift, to welcome and registerguests to the hotel, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. Responds, handles and resolves a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guests' needs and then adding personal recommendations and touches.
