Qualified / Unqualified Nursery Practitioners Needed

Are you wanting to gain experience in the Nursery sector and help give the children the most memorable experiences? If so, we are recruiting for Qualified / Unqualified Nursery Practitioners to work 4 days a week in Romsey.

Core Responsibility :

To supervise, inspire and interact with children (6 months – 5 years old) in nursery settings, whilst ensuring their safety at all times.

Requirements :

Experience working with children
To be counted in ratio under Ofsted regulations
Full and relevant Early Years Qualification Level 1-3 is desired but not essential
English GCSE / Functional Skills Test Certificate (if qualified Post Sept 2014)

Roles And Responsibilities :

Supervise and interact with children, ensuring their safety at all times

Engage with children in learning and play activities, encouraging EYFS development

Facilitate indoor and outdoor play activities to promote positive wellbeing

Support the larger team with essential daily tasks i.e. room preparation & hygiene standards

Follow safeguarding policies in line with the EYFS to ensure child welfare & protection

Help to ensure a safe, secure and fun environment for all children

Have an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one.
