Our client, a leading consultancy in the Defence and Security sector, is seeking an experienced Agile Team Lead to play a critical role in delivering large and ambitious projects aimed at enhancing national security. This position requires an individual skilled in bridging the gap between customer needs and technical solutions across various industries.

• Lead cross-functional agile development teams through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Utilize frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban to navigate complex delivery landscapes and drive successful outcomes.
• Manage deliverables, client-stakeholder relationships, and ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
• Facilitate team ceremonies and support short and long-term planning alongside Product Owners.
• Champion the Agile Framework, coach teams and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.
• Required : Developed Vetting (DV) Security Clearance.
• Hands-on experience as a Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master (CSM / PSM).
• Proven track record of managing multiple agile development teams.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent soft skills, with the ability to influence without authority and resolve conflicts.
