These are fast-paced, technically rewarding schemes where your expertise will be essential to success.We’re particularly interested in candidates from Tier 1 or strong Tier 2 contractors, with the commercial acumen and practical experience to manage complex builds from the ground up.🧭 Where You’ll Be BasedYou’ll ideally live in Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire or Northamptonshire – and enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working with support from well-established regional offices and top-tier project teams.💼 What You’ll Be Doing – Senior Quantity Surveyor ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take the commercial lead on exciting, high-profile schemes. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Leading cost management across full project lifecycle
• Managing subcontractor procurement and tendering
• Providing robust commercial reporting and forecasting
• Administering contract variations and change management
• Working closely with the project delivery team to manage risk
• Leading on value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
• Maintaining and building supplier and subcontractor relationships
• Attending project meetings and liaising with clients
• Ensuring timely and accurate payments (in / out)
• Managing final accounts and project close-out
• Mentoring junior QS team members
• Ensuring compliance with internal and external commercial standards🎯 Is This You?
• You’re already operating as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or ready to step up
• You’ve worked for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
• You’ve got experience on projects £15m+ in value
• You’re confident with JCT, D&B and NEC3 / 4 contract forms
