BAM FM is recruiting a Receptionist Based of our offices in Stepps. This is a 10 month fixed term contract. Working hours are 21.75 hours per week Monday, Tuesday and Friday 8.45am - 5.00pm.

Your mission

• Dealing with incoming calls.
• Greeting visitors to the office.
• Sorting and distributing daily mail.
• Booking travel and accommodation.
• Arranging couriers, ordering stationary,
• Organising lunches.
• Providing presentation services to the building,
• Ordering office supplies,
• Dealing with Purchase Orders.
• Assisting and supporting the Facilities Manager with a variety of tasks as and when required.
