Job Title : Supply Teachers Location : Havering, Essex

Salary : £150 to £180 per day

We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable supply teachers to join Hays Education. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular class teacher. Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and encourages positive behaviour.
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
  • Adapt to different school environments and work collaboratively with school staff.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to pupils to aid their development.

Requirements :

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in primary or secondary schools.
  • Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to maintain a positive classroom environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings.
