All that we require from you is that you are flexible & adaptable and have experience of working with adults who have complex mental health & learning disabilities.

Your role will involve providing practical & emotional support to adults with various mental health conditions. You’ll be working within our Adult Enablement Units, with a small group of adults and a wonderful staff team.

You’ll make a huge difference to our client’s life by aiding them in basic duties, including :

  • Supporting the client to access & engage in their local community
  • Accompanying them to appointments, on walks, activity programs etc.
  • Administering medication / supporting medication management
  • Budgeting
  • Enhancing their living skills
  • Providing an evening meal from a set menu
  • Crisis planning / care planning
