Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement solutions for stakeholdersPerform business analysis and process optimizationDiagnose issues and design effective solutions, recommending system enhancementsCustomize and configure the ServiceNow platform to align with organizational needsAutomate processes by creating and managing workflows, business rules, and scriptsManage user roles, permissions, and access controlsResolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platformWork with IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and toolsEnsure optimal performance and scalability of the ServiceNow instanceWhat you will need to be successful :
