• Manage and deliver engineering projects on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience managing engineering projects within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement, automation, and equipment installation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
