Project Quantity Surveyor – Planned Maintenance – Southwark
An established London-based contractor is seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team, working on internal and external refurbishment frameworks for Southwark Council. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a stable and well-respected company delivering high-quality planned maintenance projects.
Role Overview :
- Oversee the commercial aspects of Quantity Surveyor planned maintenance and refurbishment projects
- Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, and cost reporting
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and financial targets
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and the wider project team
- Provide financial oversight and risk management
