Early Years Educator (Level 2 / Level 3 Qualified) - £1000 joining bonus

Pippa Pop-ins  are looking for Qualified Level 2 and Level 3 practitioners to join the team at 5 Kensington Place.

Working Hours :   40 or 45 hours per week, term time only. (Part time also available, salary pro rated for part time)

Joining bonus payable upon completion of successful probation period - £1000 for qualified applicants.

Qualifications :

• Minimum Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
• Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
• Knowledge of child development theories and practices
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Paediatric First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
