General Manager for North London pub soughtWe're an independently owned pub on Tottenham High Street, within a stones throw from the stadium and are looking for an experienced General Manager to run our operation.We have a large selection of craft beers, mainstream beers and a full working kitchen.The pub has 2 parts to it, the day to day local, family pub built on the foundations of good quality and service, then the event days of which there are around 40 a year which are built upon high volume and professional, efficient management.We have a busy full time kitchen residency with a very busy Sunday Roast service so food service experience is preferred.We are looking for somebody with energy and a hands on attitude who flourishes in a customer facing environment and can build and maintain a great, motivated team.Requirements;

That person should have experience of running a pub or hospitality business, at the very least to an AGM or supervisor level.Be good with back of office admin, spreadsheets, excel, maintaining stock and GP levels etcAble to build a rota to fit within the needs of the businessHave food service experienceHave a passion for beer, wine, cocktails, music, sport (or at least 2 of those!)Live within a reasonable, realistic distance of the pub.Most importantly to have the desire, energy and motivation to be the main cog that the pub is built around.
