• Previous chef experience
• Food Hygiene Level 2 (within the last 3 years)
• Own chef whites and knives
• Passion for food and a flair for flavour
• Confidence to run a kitchen section solo
• Great teamwork and communication skills
• A proactive, hands-on attitude
• Willingness to help with all areas - including cleaning duties
• Reliable, organised, and ready to get stuck in

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Prepping and cooking food to high standards
• Putting away stock and deliveries
• Keeping your section clean and hygienic
• Washing utensils and managing cleanliness
• Storing and sorting ingredients correctly
• Reporting any issues to the relevant people
