Learning Support Assistant - September Start⭐

Location :  East of England, Essex, Wickford

Job Type :  Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours

Salary :  £85 - £90 Per day

Benefits :  £50 referral bonus

Job Duties :

1. Providing one-to-one support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities

2. Assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

3. Supporting classroom teachers in delivering tailored lesson plans

4. Helping students with personal care and behaviour management

5. Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment

Required Qualifications :

• Relevant experience working with students with special educational needs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies
