Children's Registered Manager

Full Time - PermanentSalary : £45,000 - £50,000Hours : 40 hours a weekHoliday entitlement : 34 days including bank holidays.Start Date : ASAPWe are seeking a highly-skilled, motivated Registered Manager for a lovely spacious children’s home.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of running the Home, for medium to long-term planned placements while ensuring young people are supported and prepared to move on to independent living.The aim’s of the home are to ensure a safe, homely and therapeutic environment for vulnerable young people. We ensure that the children and young person’s primary and developmental needs are priority by working to develop a strong caring ethos. Creating a safe environment in which the children and young people feel emotionally & physically secure, and thus facilitates the guidance & the development of their self-esteem and full potential.The work of a Home Manager will, at times, be challenging and will include, but is not limited to duties such as : Registered Manager Duties and Responsibilities :

• Supervise and offer constructive feedback and be involved in the assessment and supervision of staff
• Advise on policies and procedures to reflect the aims and objectives of the Home
• Ensure that services are delivered according to the Statement of Purpose for the Home
