Main Responsibilities :

Supervising daily operations and ensuring the team meets production and service targets

Managing a team of workers or staff members, providing guidance and support

Ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures

Monitoring staff performance, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback

Assigning tasks and ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources

Resolving conflicts or issues within the team and ensuring smooth workflow

Ensuring high levels of quality control and that work is completed within established standards

Reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational performance to upper management

Maintaining accurate records of staff attendance, production data, and other operational logs

Conducting training sessions for new employees and ensuring continuous staff development

Essential Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role

Skills Required :

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to make quick, effective decisions in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of industry-specific operations and regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other management software

Ability to motivate and inspire team members to meet goals and objectives
