Facade Site Manager

Facade Site Manager | Ower, Hampshire | Full Time – Site based | Monday to Thursday from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, and Friday from 4 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm| £35,000 - £55,00 per year

Based in the South of England, our clients company is a specialist contractor providing you with our in-depth knowledge, experience and expertise on all facade systems including rainscreen cladding, steel framing systems, external wall insulation, architectural metal work, brick slip systems and also specialising in remedial works.

They are looking for an experienced Facade Site Manager to join their team in Ower, Hampshire.

The Facade Site Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the installation of facade systems, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. The role involves coordinating site activities, liaising with subcontractors, managing materials, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, health & safety regulations, and programme schedules including planning.

Please note- Candidates must be willing to travel to Southampton, Reading, or London, depending on the location of the project.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, within facade or cladding projects
• Strong knowledge of facade installation methods, materials, and detailing
• CSCS Black / Gold Card and SMSTS certification
