Area Sales Manager- Area Sales Manager - cover Carlisle, County Antrim, and Southwest Wales - £40,000 DOE + Career Growth  The Job :

A market leader in agricultural products, we are recruiting an Area Sales Manager to cover Carlisle, County Antrim, and Southwest Wales (Swansea and Aberystwyth).

This role involves :

  • Taking over key dairy accounts, including a significant portfolio in South Wales
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with dairy and beef farmers, offering tailored advice and solutions
  • Promoting and selling innovative products, including nutritional solutions, minerals and enzymes, directly to farmers
  • Identifying growth opportunities to expand reach and drive revenue
  • Collaborating with the regional team to achieve sales targets and support overall business success

The Candidate :

  • A solid understanding of cows and farming, with hands-on industry experience being more important than formal qualifications

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a farmer-first approach
  • A passion for agriculture and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to the farming community
