Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant Location : South Manchester (M14)Salary Scale :   £19,000 to £21,000 per annumStart Date : Start after Easter through to July with potential for a contract directly at the school from September.GSL Education are currently recruiting for a strong Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work within EYFS at a school in South Manchester after Easter.This is a brilliant school with a strong SLT that will always be on hand to support and facilitate any new ideas that will improve pupil outcomes in school. They are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant that can fulfil all of the below responsibilities :

  • Assist with the development and implementation of individual support plans for pupils.
  • Support pupils' personal, social, and emotional needs, including hygiene and medical care.
  • Help plan and deliver lessons and activities in line with the EYFS curriculum.
  • Prepare and maintain learning resources and the classroom environment.
  • Monitor and record pupils' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
