Job Title : Clinical Pharmacist (Band 6 / 7)

Location : West Sussex, NHS Hospital

Duration : Ongoing

Schedule : Monday to Friday, full-time

Start Date : May

End Date : Ongoing

Rate of Pay : £23–£31 per hour (paid directly by the hospital, NHS pension opt-in available)

What You’ll Be Doing :

Join our client’s team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in supporting patients across a variety of hospital wards. In this role, you will :

Perform comprehensive patient assessments

Create and implement personalised care plans

Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need :

A current and valid GPhC registration

An interest in working in hospital environments (hospital experience is not required – newly registered and community pharmacists are welcome to apply and will be trained)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration :

This role is full-time, Monday to Friday. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
