Make a difference as Logistics and Inventory Specialist

As Logistics and Inventory Specialist you will oversee the efficient management of our seed inventory and logistics processes. Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Managing inventory by allocating seed lots to customer orders and assessing inventory for destroy or credit actions.
  • Ensuring timely placement of intercompany transfer orders to meet forecasted sales.
  • Coordinating import and export processes ensuring compliance with regulations and accurate documentation.
  • Overseeing inventory receipt and release for internal processing.
  • Storing and managing qualityrelated information documentation and certifications in designated systems.
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to internal customer inquiries about product information and availability.

    • Youll work fulltime closely with the Customer Service Sales Warehousing and Accounting teams to ensure seamless order handling and fulfilment. Externally youll collaborate with forwarders and carriers to manage shipment details.

    What you bring as a future colleague

    Were looking for a candidate with :

  • A higher professional education (degree level preferable) in Business related field or
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in logistics inventory management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of import and export regulations for domestic and international shipments is preferable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required and familiarity with forecasting and planning software also preferable.
  • Mother language English.
  • Preferably located within suitable traveling distance to the Evesham area United Kingdom.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.

    • In addition to these qualifications we value a proactive mindset attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure both under guidance and own initiative.

    Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience.
