We are seeking an enthusiastic part-time music teacher to join our school in Sandwell, starting January 2025.

As a part-time music teacher, you will inspire KS3 and KS4 students to develop their musical skills and creativity, with the potential to teach KS5 students as well.

Key Responsibilities : Teach engaging and dynamic music lessons to KS3 and KS4 students as a part-time music teacher.

Inspire KS5 students by introducing more complex musical techniques and guiding them through advanced projects.

Assess students’ progress in music and provide constructive feedback as a part-time music teacher.

Collaborate with the music department to enhance the curriculum and bring new ideas to the role as a part-time music teacher.

Foster a love for music and performance in students, helping them develop their musical talents as a part-time music teacher.

Stay informed about the latest trends in music education to keep your lessons fresh and relevant as a part-time music teacher.

Qualifications and Experience : A degree in Music or a related subject.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Experience as a music teacher at the secondary level.
