Our busy customer care department is growing and thriving allowing for opportunities for career progression in the future.The successful applicant will cover South Wales and the Bristol branch, you will be visiting occupied homes to investigate and fix faults. Putting things right will of course be an important aim of the job but you’ll also need to provide a professional, friendly service for homeowners as their experience really matters to us.Our office-based team will co-ordinate your appointments, but you’ll also be in control of trying to resolve issues over the phone where you possibly can.
