As the Business Agility Lead , you'll champion agile methodologies, foster empowered teams, and pioneer process agility for ground-breaking advancements in healthcare technology.
What you’ll do at Elekta
Your responsibilities will be (but not limited to)
Drive transformation initiatives spanning empowered teams & organizational agility, process agility and enabling data-driven insights
Work closely with the PLM Data & Tools team in the tooling harmonization journey by making ‘ways of working’ a leading dimension in the journey enabled by right set of tools
Lead role-based trainings and capability building across LSS (Linac & Software Solutions)
Coach teams on story mapping, work breakdown structure, backlog refinement, agile ceremonies and other transformation initiatives
Bring process agility, have a lean mindset, lead Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Sessions to study end to end flow of value to identify and minimise waste in the system
Measure the agile process flow by helping in harmonising tools and processes and help measure transformation success

What you bring
We’re looking for team players, forward thinkers, caring and daring colleagues who want to innovate and keep pioneering cancer care together with us.
3+ years of experience in an agile environment preferably driving the agile transformation or part of teams working in an agile manner or in product teams OR 2+ years’ experience in a top tier consulting firm driving digital / agile transformation
At least a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Electronics, IT or other related discipline
Certifications in agile and Lean methodologies preferred
Experience in training and coaching
Experience in or working for a medical device company or product company preferred
Knowledge or experience with tools such as Jira and Polarion is good to have
High standard of interpersonal skills and ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders and bring them along on the change journey – collaboration, influencing and conflict management
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong ethical standard, values and good judgement
Value-driven / impact-oriented mindset
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Availability for international travel ~20%
