What will you get up to?

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a talented kitchen team in delivering exceptional gastro pub dishes.
  • Collaborate on creating new, seasonal menus that champion fresh, local produce.
  • Manage kitchen operations : stock control, allergen management, and maintaining 5-star hygiene standards.
  • Create recipes, spec sheets, and present new dishes at menu development meetings.
  • Drive financial performance, including GP%, food costs, and waste reduction.
  • Bring energy and pride to catering for events in the dedicated satellite kitchen.
