About the Role

Connex Education is working with a welcoming primary school in Enfield to recruit full-time EYFS, KS1, and KS2 teachers for September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school with a strong focus on creativity, inclusion, and pupil progress.

We’re seeking enthusiastic, reflective practitioners who are committed to high standards and fostering a love of learning in all pupils.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Create a positive, supportive classroom environment.
  • Assess and track pupil progress to inform planning.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
  • Contribute to the wider school community.

Person Specification

  • QTS (or working towards it – ECTs welcome).
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
  • Passion for inclusive teaching and high expectations.
  • Confident classroom management and communication skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude.
