Health and Safety Manager – Civil Engineering

Location : Amersham (Buckinghamshire / Northamptonshire projects)

Salary : £60k + car & generous accommodation allowance

Contract : Permanent, Full-time

Key Responsibilities :

Lead on-site safety inspections and audits
Advise and support project teams on health & safety
Deliver toolbox talks and safety training
Investigate incidents and drive preventative actions
Develop and review safety policies and risk assessments

What we’re looking for :

Diploma (or equivalent) in Occupational Health & Safety

Experience in civil engineering or construction safety

Excellent communication and influencing skills
