Aramark UK is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Chef Manager to join the team at Thorpe Park. This is an exciting, permanent and full time opportunity reporting into our Assistant Head of F&B and you will assume all responsibility for our busy Canteen on site.

A day in the life of a Chef Manager :
To provide a friendly catering service, performing a variety of manual tasks associated with food production and service. To manage staff rotas, ordering of stock and other responsibilitiesTo assist in the preparation of food and snacksTo keep the kitchen and canteen areas in a clean and tidy state at all timesTo lead the team to success and manage their day to day requirements- rotas, training, sickness, absence and performanceTo provide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customersTo ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service and expectations are consistently exceededTo be customer focused at all times, by being visible during service periods approachable and quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling customer needsTo co-operate with all team members and undertake duties in the kitchen / service areas as requested to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered at all timesTo attend food safety, health and safety and environmental training courses as required and to uphold standardsTo show commitment to company values in all aspects of your roleOrdering of stock and meal planningYou'll be set up for success if you have :
