I am currently working with a family owned construction and refurbishment contractor operating successfully throughout South-East England for over years.

They offer an excellent support for personal & professional development and is a long-established company with an excellent track record for delivery of projects and staff retention.

They now in the market for a Design Manager to work on a flagship framework scheme in South London.

Ideally have to have Residential Refurbishment Experience because this is a refurbishment frameworks where they are employed to carry out the refurbishment of the external elements & communal area works to high & low-rise blocks of flats owned & managed by the local authority.
