• Shaping the Learning Strategy : Working alongside the Head of HR to develop and implement a progressive L&D and OD strategy that aligns with organisational goals and sector regulations, particularly in housing and care.
• Delivering Regulatory Learning : Designing and delivering training aligned to external standards such as the 2024 Consumer Standards and the 2025 Competence and Conduct Standard to ensure workforce capability and compliance.
• Driving Organisational Change : Leading initiatives that support culture transformation, values embedding, and high-performance behaviours across the organisation.
