Job description

Bela Recruitment is hiring a Area Sales Representative - Depot based in Belfast, Co.Antrim , Northern Ireland.

The area you would cover is roughly North Belfast to Larne to Ballymena to Crumlin.

A fantastic geographical area, with tons of live accounts.

Job Salary £38,000 - £45,000+ achievable bonus + Car + Expenses + Pension + Professional Development + Growth Prospects.

This job will be working for a trusted and respected company, where you will ensure industry leading service & sales to customers in your area.

Responsibilities

Grow sales in your area & manage key accounts by promoting products & service.
Ensure exceptional service to clients via regular contact and ensuring service delivery.
Contribute to sales campaigns and gather information on the local construction market.
Spend on average 4+ days per week in the field with clients, discussing their needs, promoting products & service.
Follow-up all leads, negotiate and close new business.
Work closely with internal sales & marketing teams.
Always ensure excellent levels of customer service.

Requirements

Experience of selling into the construction sector in NI, knowledge in the NI construction market is highly desirable.

Full driving licence.

Must be self-motivated, sales focused and can work independently.

Have the desire to hit sales targets to earn commission & while provide excellent customer service & driving brand loyalty.

You need fantastic people skills, good IT skills and ability to track all activity on a CRM system.
