Job Title : MOT Tester

Location : Cramlington

Salary : Up to £35,000 + Time Served Bonus

Full Time and Permanent : 37.5hrs Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities include :

• Conducting MOT tests in line with DVSA guidelines,
• Diagnosing and rectifying faults, and providing exceptional customer service.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of workmanship is crucial.
• Excellent communication skills are also required, as the role involves liaising with customers and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

The current team is achieving a 20% bonus year on yea rand this role is only Monday to Friday.

Requirements

Role Requirements :

Proven experience as a MOT Tester.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers and team members.

Technical knowledge to allow you to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles

Demonstrate capability and confidence in using systems and equipment within the workshop

Experience of working to productivity targets

Working as part of a team to achieve the best results for the customer

Qualified by experience in post or a minimum of Level 2 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

A current MOT Certificate
