Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced vet to take the next step in their career leading a dedicated team and driving clinical excellence in a wellestablished practice.

The Role

This is a permanent fulltime position working 40 hours per week over four days with a 1 : 8 full weekend rota. Parttime applications are also welcome offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

As the Lead Veterinary Surgeon you will :

  • Provide clinical leadership and mentoring to the veterinary team.
  • Drive high standards of patient care and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the practice team to improve services and operations.
  • Contribute to the practices growth and success through your leadership skills and clinical expertise.
