Hours of work : 37.5

Working Pattern : 06 : 30 - 14 : 30

08 : 00 - 16 : 00

11 : 00 - 19 : 00

Working one of the above shift 5 days out of 7

Contract Type : Permanent

Salary : £11.55

We are looking for a supervisor to be part of the Patient Service Team. The successful candidate will provide a high quality range of facility services to patients, including Catering, Cleaning and other associated services, maintaining a clean and safe environment in an efficient and safe manner.

As an integral member of the ISS team, The Team Leader should support the Patient Services Managers in the planning and delivery of the service to support growth.

As a Patient Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Patient Service teams, reporting to the Patient Service Manager and ensuring a full understanding of the requirements of the Services and the Performance Monitoring Standards.

The Role

  • Responsible for Day to Day Supervision of the Patient Services teams reporting to the Patient Services Managers
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the issues and opportunities facing the Contract
  • Responsible for ensuring that high levels of work and hygiene standards are adopted throughout the Hospital, maintaining hygiene rules and regulations and standards of dress and behaviour of staff
  • Establish and maintain clear standards ensure the image of the services reflects the professional image of the company at all times
  • Set and review team objectives in line with the business goals

About You

  • Experience in administration process
  • Experience of staff supervision and
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good level of numeracy skills with an ability to understand budgets
  • Good level of performance monitoring skills
  • Good at problem solving
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
