We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading manufacturing facility in Bridgwater.You’ll be leading a skilled maintenance team, overseeing the smooth running of factory equipment, introducing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and driving performance improvements. You’ll also be hands-on with preventative maintenance (PPM), troubleshooting, and supporting exciting engineering projects.What’s in it for you?

• Engineering qualification (HND or equivalent)
