- Manage residential conveyancing cases independently, from instruction to post-completion.
- Communicate effectively with clients and third parties via phone, email, and letters in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide expert legal advice during client meetings.
- Collaborate with Conveyancers and Secretaries to ensure smooth transaction progress.
- Contribute to business development by fostering relationships with third parties and attending networking events.
- Support and train junior team members while balancing your own caseload.
- Review title registers, client instructions, and related documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Draft and amend relevant legal documents, ensuring adherence to AML regulations.
- Submit applications to the Land Registry and address requisitions promptly.What We Are Looking For : Essential Qualifications :
- Qualified Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) or equivalent Level 6 Diploma in Conveyancing Law.
- Solid expertise in UK residential property law and conveyancing processes.Experience :
- Proven track record of managing a wide variety of residential conveyancing cases.Skills :
- Strong organisational and leadership skills to effectively manage caseloads and guide junior staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional client service.
