The East Riding of Yorkshire Council Supply service are recruiting. In particular, Supply Teaching Assistant applications would be welcome.

The Supply Service provides ad hoc supply casual workers to schools and internal services, like the Tuition Service, to help support students and cover absences.

Supply casual workers play an important role in our education system, ensuring learning is uninterrupted.

Supply casual workers for the supply service recieve the following benefits :

• For supply teacher work, supply causal workers are automatically entered into the teachers' pension.
• For non-teaching work, once supply causal workers hit the criteria, they are entered into the councils pension fund.
• The Supply Service makes no deductions apart from those required by law; NI, tax etc. and we do not top slice pay. We just charge an annual fee to stay in the supply pool.
