GSL Education are seeking  General Supply Teachers  to work across secondary schools in  Barnsley, This role is perfect for teachers who enjoy adapting to different classroom environments while maintaining high educational standards. This opportunity is open to both seasoned educators and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who have successfully completed their training placements and are excited to embark on their teaching journey.

As a  General Supply Teacher , you will be delivering pre-planned lessons, ensuring classroom engagement, and providing continuity in students' education. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in different schools while maintaining control over your work schedule.

General Supply Teacher Responsibilities :

• Deliver pre-set lesson plans to KS3 and KS4 students across a range of subjects.
• Maintain a structured and engaging learning environment.
• Follow school policies and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Adapt to different school settings and work with students of varying abilities.
• Provide feedback to permanent staff regarding student progress and any classroom concerns.
• Ensure safeguarding and child protection measures are always upheld.
