About The Role

Support Worker – Swansea – Full time – 39 hours a week plus sleep-ins - £12.60 to £12.80 per hour (plus £55 per sleep in) Depending on qualifications and experience (Driver preferred)

A day in the life of working at Beech Tree farm includes :

• Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment;
• Being a positive role model;
• Promoting independence by supporting a range of social, school and work-based activities;
• Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs;
• Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise;
• General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation;

You’ll need :

Please note : This job role involves regulated activity with children and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
