The little boy who has SEN can be challenging and is looking for someone who has patience, experience and someone who can keep him engaged with lessons. • To provide tailored 1 : 1 support towards the child, both inside and outside of the classroom.
• Assist with learning activities, ensuring the child is engaged and supported.
• Work collaboratively with the teachers and other staff to implement individual education plans.
• Support the child’s emotional and social development, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and report the progress to the teacher and SENCO as needed.You must have :
• Experience working with children who have SEN.
• Right To Work in the UK.
• 2 sufficient references.
• Up to date DBS.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliability.
